    Surprised this news hasn't had more of an impact. This has de-risked the project significantly (even if it was largely expected). Obviously the off-take announcement is the one we all want, but that seems a mere formality now. I'm expecting us to head north of 40c again soon, and then into the "dollars" once off-take is announced.
