Any sign of uncertainty on the Chinese side and this will drop like a stone. Sorry to say this, but I have seen it before. I remain optimistic, and I agree this story has the potential to shoot the lights out.

Hence the reason i sold last month as it was taking way too long with finance and off take agreement compared to the timelines provided.
