a 3.6M buy order at 7.5c. Genuine order to be filled or has someone decided they now want the price to move.
fact it's still there after market close would lend itself to being genuine. but could get pulled if s/p trades downwards.
Either way decent sign of either someone wanting to significant increase position or someone with a big enough bankroll they are willing to take a decent risk leaving it there.
