What a ridiculous comment. If they said nothing at all and only put out announcements for binding offtakes, then you would be complaining that you are not being informed of the companies actions.
Some of your comments are just off the wall ...
What Volt are doing is perfectly normal, keeping the market updated with progress. I believe a 1 tonne delivery of a sample to be rather interesting news. Whoever order this is pretty serious and wants to make sure that they can process 1 tonne through their systems, and meet the required purity levels.
