The commentary was on the worth of Chinese MOU's specifically, not MOUs in general.
MNS had multiple MOUs with Chinese parties from offtakes to funding (whilst Hunt was on the board) and not a single one of them eventuated. They were even converted to binding agreements (both offtakes and a termsheet for finance) and they still haven't eventuated.
