Absolutely not all the same. There are plenty of ASX companies that do not accidentally or on purpose disclose price sensitive information to individual before the market, and it is a bad sign that results are being leaked and supplying an advantage to insiders. Despite the blase attitude adopted in the small cap part of the ASX, insider trading is actually a crime.

Faith in the integrity of management is crucial in the small cap space and in my opinion this is a red flag. Guess everyone will have their own views about this and have to make their own decisions.

Anyway fingers crossed for a positive announcement.
