It said in the ann china was all go in November 2014 .....geeeeeez that's unreal new ,I cannot believe this did not whizzz past TON ,SYR not the cheapest stock in town and these guys have already hit there annual offload amount ,So SYR sit around $5.00 ..........Weird.....
