This SP is performing perfectly along a trendline and that is down.
The Directors have prostituted the company to Bergen who are got shares up front and get their shares at a 20% discount to face value.
There is no shortage of shares that will be coming on in the face of any rally, there will be conversions and dumping.

This is a La jolla transaction in another form and good thing for shareholders is that the minimum SP is .001

If that is the best this management team can do for you, you need to think about a new management team IMO!
