Does anyone else think this was a strange announcement?

There was absolutely zero substance in the announcement, nothing confirmed. Just, as mentioned previously we are looking at downstream processing overseas and we are progressing the planning for building our Collie facility. Oh and by the way, we've been specifically looking at possible sites in Savannah, GA.

The only thing new in the announcement was a specific location they are looking at. Why not just wait until they actually have a site before making an announcement? What purpose did this announcement serve?
