The Vanadium looks very impressive up 190% in 2 years Vanadium flow batteries are becoming much more popular these days.
I think they are saving the $20 Million from arena to build the graphite and vanadium plant.
And use the money from the CR to finish DFS sounds good to me I think its worth the risk.
