The $4.45 million will be used to finish the DFS and drill for more vanadium and the $20 million will be used for the building of graphite and vanadium processing plant , they mentioned that they would be using the land near the ruby processing plant as the graphite tenement is right becide, there will be a huge cost saving there as the land is already cleared and roads , water , electricity and workers village and camp already built,
so the cost will be significantly lower than what syr cost to build there's.
