BMM has stated that it has the backing of the Government and local authorities - I can’t help but feel that the government putting their foot down further with the above law could only be a positive for investments and BMM in Serbia. +++

The government has the right to make choices on the land - How they choose to apply the ‘expropriation’ laws is the big dealbreaker, I really like your idea and I feel like this will come down to;
1) paydays to the land owners
2) creating jobs which has been a talking point with serb investments. RIO took that path heavily and is creating 1000’s of jobs
