I have posted this before (from last quarterly 29-04-2024) .......
"Anax is also pleased to have received non-binding debt-funding proposals for the Project from both commodity traders and mining funds. Technical due diligence by these groups is being undertaken.
The Company has also been approached by overseas vertically integrated manufacturers interested in providing Project funding in return for securing concentrates and cathode offtake."

It seems DD is the final stage to receiving funding from metal traders and mining funds. Funding from offtake partners may take a bit longer.

I would prefer getting separate announcements about each piece of funding as it happens - think it would be better for the share price.
