They just did a CR prior to keep the lights on, so I think they expect to close the debt financing prior to any CR. In the best case scenario of course, nothing is ever guaranteed.
What we do have in our favour though is the insane copper macro making it very likely financing discussions would go well. It's a pretty open secret that everyone's desperate for copper, so we have a very strong negotiating position as there are very few shovel ready projects.
