I think you are right and hopefully this is a t/o target. Rio wanted the land in 2018, and imho AZS who have shut down rumours of them being taken over will watch closely.

In an ideal world, radio hill could be sold for big money, gre could buy out the rest of the jv for big money and not the piddly amount arv management sold shareholders out for. As for arv's 100 percent owned leases, They could be sold for huge money to either Rio or AZS. Leaving shareholders very happy and with a value worth far more than it currently is but nowhere near where it should be.

However, at least this management would be gone and the assets would be used efficiently.
