    Not just clutching at straws Alimak, but only time will tell. There definitely isn't a problem with copperchem paying as production has been going well there.

    Maybe they don't want to pay, but they are legally bound and the only thing open to interpretation is the calculation of the royalty. It is an annoying process EXS have to go through, but it is nothing more sinister than that. If Copperchem don't pay and don't process ore, then they shut down - it's as simple as that.

    In the meantime, PLY have just announced an exploration update on Drew Hill. Early days, but they state "drilling indicates potential for IOCG style mineralisation".
