That court case has nothing to do with EXS.

EXS share price won't be affected as we are at negative EV anyway, so no value has been given to the royalty by the market.

Sounds like it is really a dispute over calculation of sulfide ore. Copperchem also have had 3 months more of production, so I believe it is something that just needs to be worked through.

Copperchem need us more than we need them don't forget, so I don't think there are any sinister games being played here.

This might actually make the market wake up to the fact we have some valuable assets apart from our cash!
