I think we got nothing... Just avoided having to pay costs ... I cannot see why WA roads would care - if they had to settle they would have justified it by way of the issues. The only one who would like to keep it quiet must be Brierty. The other clue for me is that they referred to the insurance claim as well - that had nothing to do with WA roads...

Personally I think this is beyond mismanagement... I am not blaming the new guys but those that have left deserve to have to explain this mess...
