seems like this was always the plan. no point having the halt for this long and then go under!!
there were too many big companies affiliated with GSL- new moonie, tasnee, CSIRO, Tata, jinko.
how can they allow science to Die ? or may be they are stealing R&D results from back door. may be $758 k not enough for Caldwell
