....shouldn't the IP belong to share holders - sold by the receivers and paid out to share holders?..also, the sale of assets well into the trading suspension when the writing was on the wall regarding the difficulties in finding finance seems dodgy to me. I am of course referring to the sale of perovskite matterial production/sales - sold to an insider. Seemed a very low price when it was bringing in a million pa.
