    Well at least one thing seems to be going CNBs way - the copper price has been trending downward since peaking in January, and this week has broken upwards through that downtrend line. Let's see if it can reclaim $4/lb and settle above there somewhere - as we await the anticipated mid-decade copper shortfall.

    CNB's recovery to above $1 at the end of 2022 / early 2023 followed the Cu price upwards movement from $3.4 to $4.2/lb. Over the past 6 weeks the Cu price has shot up from $3.5 to $3.9/lb.
