This and not to mention the fact that everyone knows its almost a certainty. I mean what explorer doesnt do a cap raise at some point? Key feature here tho is that due to grades and proximity to surface (not to mention great indications of future discoveries) this looks likely (if I can get away with using that adjective) to be mined sooner rather than later.
