I believe that even 12 minths ago "not CNB" were strapped for cash. I don't think it would cost much for CNB to buy out their share of the only CNB project they have an interest in.
Sooner or later CNB are also going to have to get together with HMX over a few beers to sort out a logical way forward for Mt Hope too.
