I am sure Glencore could take over Carnaby in a heartbeat and give many of its workers a second chance in keeping their jobs. Glencore shuts up shop in June 2025. If Trekelano Copper Mine has a future, then the Glencore people could get employment there immediately. No news from Carnaby for such a long time is a bit of a worry but I believe something is about to happen very shortly, let's hope so.
