charts are only good for the speculative stocks that do not make any money as there is nothing else you can use to evaluate them. They keep raising capital and pay the directors good salaries. All they have to sell is the story.
WPL is the cash generating machine at the moment IMHO. The stock is cheap. who cares about the charts?
