    SYR obtained 96% through simple flotation

    if you read the announcement here first on SGA it says 5 9's aka 99.9992%c are obtained through thermal purification. it's at the end of the announcement?

    There are 3 grades here that are intending to flog.
    Energy costs are very low in Kazakhstan I believe.
