    Before mines go into care and maintenance they take all the stopes and do no capital works, I.e. declines development drives etc. At around 6k per meter of development there is a huge amount of cost involved in opening up new drives for stoping. It’s not as simple as turning the switch on. I can’t see how Dacian won’t be asking for money to start any of the UG mines again
