Well yes the have finely started production ,which is very good new .But the news of a consolidation has not been taken well by the market .So why did oel bring out the announcement of the consolidation first ,when they already has started production ,Are they wanting to keep their own s/p down to do the buy back .how about the small s/h that will lose out when their holding be reduces 50/1 .I think Management need to look after its shareholders better .
I hope that i am wrong ,but IMO this deal will not play out well for the small s/holders .
