Words matter. And it 100% reads that AVL were selected by the govt to be part of a new (established) Green Enerygy Major Projects group. How could you not interpret it in any other way if you've never heard of the WAGLAF before?
If it said "AVL has successfully applied to join the Green Energy Major Projects group through the long-established WA Gov Lead Agency Framework" i'd agree with you because its transparent and truthful.
Not sure how something this vague can be price sensitive.
