You've hit the nail on the head here with GF wanting into JAT. GF have a fantastic business, well established with the best brands into China and Hong Kong, and now they can expand enormously with those 40 mill JAT shares, plus a few more on earn-in. They know they don't have the power and long arm of JAT into mainland China, so they are catching a ride and their bonus will be the JAT shares.
Minimal dilution to us, which in fact is insignificant considering the instant and ongoing rewards we get. The aquisition pretty much paying for itself is a bonus.
