YYes, I was misled by another MGT thread that is titled "Understanding the demand for Green Steel" that you have also participated in. It is the idea of producing steel without carbon that I could not understand, but as for pure iron, no problem. As my exchanges with BoogieB show, NZSteel developed such a process and implemented it about 55 years ago.
