Yeah they haven’t mentioned Anglo in last few updates, it’s probably reasonable to presume a DSO deal won’t be forthcoming, I doubt anyone is still expecting that right now after all the comms on the strategy change and IO price outlook. Can’t rule it out obviously but seems unlikely for now at least.
But Dano has often indicated in correspondence with various people here including myself, and on other social media posts that Anglo discussions are ongoing, particularly in regards to green iron products.
We could still see a green pig iron/HBI offtake with some financing aspect, or even a joint venture with offtake etc formed. Might be some due diligence still to do in that front, especially given green iron product samples are just on the verge of arriving now. So I think they’ll keep an MOU in place for now at a minimum.
