Agreed. It has been a tremendous effort since 2016.
It is vitally important that we have good relations with the locals. We are all in this together. The enterprise cannot survive without both. (Think TAFTA vs confiscation, local support v length of metallurgical licence).
The loans are not so onerous when the agreed interest is more than accommodated by the rise in the gold price when it comes to reimbursement...
In fact, they are subsidised.
