There were two weeks of arbitration, and lawyers on both sides would've worked on reaching an agreement or settlement to which the arbitrator would then issue "orders" and "time frames" to be met.
So both Kingsgate and Thailand would already know these orders and time frames to reach them, unless they both agree to extend the time, which is what has been happening.
Both parties have kept these orders "confidential " upto this point. So Jamie can't buy shares knowing the settlement, (insider information) but after June 30th the case will be settled and become public information. Then he can buy.
The Thais wanted it kept confidential.
Once we cross that river, we won't be going back. Not long now .... soon!
