for mind they need to raise capital before they drill. lessons learnt from icg.
cr of 6m shares at 25c = $1.5m for current drilling kaz to get going
reinstate previous options until Jun14
30m @ 30c = $9m
new options issue of 1 option for every 3 normal shares at record date exp dec 15
30m @ 45c = $13.5m
pretty much raised the $24m for Kaz, total shares on issue 166m.
