Pretty much on the same page with different perspectives and knowledge levels.
The Luni deposit, as you are aware, has two shallow (<=100m vertical) SG (Supergene High Grade?) blankets The early seismic seems to have picked this out above the fresh basement. Local example.
I haven't seen a detail reconciliation of Luni results with the drilling. Suspect it is reasonable with some of the depth difference, perhaps all, related in some way to faulting of the carbonatite. Since weathering will post date the faulting by a large period of time I do wonder what might have happened.
Seems the shallower zone may be less well developed at Green. Probably exists at Emily. Maybe no good reason to do passive seismic at targets with grid pattern aircore.
Strip ratio for the deeper zone is obviously higher and would need a grade/consistency factor sufficient to make it economic.
=====================
What happens in the fresh zones of carbonatite. Not a huge amount of drilling into these in the West Arunta so far. Probably enough at Luni and scattered holes on ENR ground and Pachapadra.
I sorted my assay data base to filter out holes (inclined mainly) that went deeper than 120m and had grades over 1% Nb2O5. Quite a long list.

Doesn't include 2022 holes.
Yellow >1.5% and/or <10m
Relatively limited high grade Nb further than 150m down hole. Probably much a factor of limited drill hole depth.
There does seem to be a significant number of holes in the table around the 120-130+- depth. Transition zone or base of weathering.
A quick, near random check, showed deeper intersections common in the south (174'5; 115, 16). LUDD001 near the X may give some idea of what is present below 160m.
======================
Sulphide Queen and Mt Weld (pit anyway) are both around 650 m in maximum dimension.
Different types of deposits but extremely high grade.
Mt Weld has multiple other mineralised zones.
The exploration geo optimism translates this relatively small footprint in these world class deposit into the potential that exists around the 400m line spacing at Green. Any zone would need to be 2+% Nb and 20+- thick to make a large impact. Has drilling density precluded this? Probably but not totally with more to come from the east.
Lunch time called.
