Yes, the TOA Engineering Services report will obviously become a major plank in the BFS.

It's interesting that as part of the process, "a series of trade-off studies" will tweak the optimal technical and economic outcomes (maximise profits):

The intent is that TOA validate the capital cost (CAPEX) and operating costs (OPEX) for a variety of viable options for the Buena Vista Project. The TOA will propose the viable options and review the economical alternatives for the various reduction processes at differing levels of production.
