You are definitely buying late, but I think this business model still hasn't been understood by the market (including myself).
I am curious to discover whether the cash flow will start increasing faster than the interest / deferred consideration repayments... if so then I think we could see another spike in the share price.
In the medium term if the business model is proven to be successful I see no reason why this couldn't increase another 50% over two years.
Exposure to QLD is worrying, but that's a shorter term issue.
