Would Shenghe have to (offer) to takeover GGG to get or grow to a 60% stake in the Greenland project, especially if the project is owned by a Greenland registered company that currently 100% owned by the ASX listed GGG? As the projects develops could Shenghe not just contribute capital & expertise (to the Greenland project) to gain its equity in the Greenland project/jv as per the MOU..... completely external to GGG and ASX & Aust Foreign ownership rules.
Have I misunderstood the situation & how it works?
