1. Field season in Greenland is limited to 3 to 4 months a year
2. Gbb being a private company, and owned 3 solid REE tenements, I think it would be hard for him to manage all 3 and fund them all as well.
3. From the look of his website photo, gbb is not a spring chicken, I doubt he can focus and manage all 3, Tanbreez, Kavanefjld and Gronnedal in the arctic climate
4. GGG problems he has to deal with in and out of courts was most likely what he has to deal with in the last decade
5. If you have a choice to made after you sold the worse tenement of all 3 and at the old age, you got to decide on Tanbreez with license approved for mining of heavy REE and huge deposit potentially worth multi hundred of billions and politically highly demand and invited to the White House to advise on REE for the US government, against Gronnedal/Ivigtut an old mine pit with water to pump in & out each season with JORC work to do and yet to have a mining license? I know I would done the same as gbb. Wouldn't you before you kicked the bucket?
