If you think GoG has all the cards, you are the id*ot we all think you are GBB. There is just that little issue of the GoG expropriating the assets of GGG. Oh, didn't mention did you, you wombat ? And no, just because they said they would not exploit Ur if the political climate changed, they didn't say they would give up their rights to exploit REE.

GGG is doing what every reasonable party is doing. Exhausting all the options so when they go to court they will be able to say that there is little chance of arbitration unless GoG changes it's stance. Pretty simple, thought you might be able to understand simple. But then, still don't know how to spell so there is obviously no hope there.

But we know you are a brown nose GoG fan cause you want your exploitation license. So you just support them in the face of these facts. GoG is not in a strong legal position just because those knuckles in IA say they are. They've shown they'll do anything to hold on to power so lying on that front is their modus operandi.
