Article concludes you cant establish a law that expropriates acquired rights without compensation. If you do, you breach the principles and practices of international laws.
Can Greenland contravene international laws independently or are they bound to the Danes stand ? Maybe they've breached their own constitution by going down this path ?
Of course, they are entitled to expropriate this asset of GGGs. They just can't do it without compensating the company. Otherwise, it is unlawful.
So the case for compensation looks to be quite strong which is a plus for our negotiating team.
