what a load of rubbish it is a shame to see a great project ruined by poor management.
the way i see and understand the new act is you can not mine anything over 100 ppm uranium and this may be extended to thorium later.
what you cant do is mine it and put it back.
the additional question that also raises would be what would you put it back as, what stable chemical would have to be created etc etc and if it was the existing EIA does not cover that, so perhaps a bit of realism is needed
perhaps gafia who i believe is a chemist has a suggestion
