BTW, if GoG gets taken to court, they will lose control of the news flow and the negative publicity (which this will be) will start to flow. It will go into the mainstream media once again and their actions will be revealed on the world stage. Scary thing.
GGG announcement has already been picked up by the media and market so their threat of court action is out there. Check the share price. It's not forecasting a court case, it is betting on a compromise. Probably where the smart money is, who knows ?
