That is a separate argument. Stalin conducted an internal purge of his citizenry largely as a stamp of his authority and to do away with political rivals. Hitler viewed anyone who was not 'Aryan' as sub-human and so exploitable and expendible. Both were meglomaniacs and terrible blights on humanity. But anyway this has nothing to do with the members of the Government of Greenland who I'm sure go home and pat their pets at the end of the day.
