Don't believe Siumut have ever claimed to support Act 20. The party has made it clear they have no intention to change Act 20, which is extremely relevant. Suggesting otherwise is just being ignorant of the facts.

The GoG have made it clear there is no compromise to Act 20. This has been their position all along, not much to discuss there, and while the company seems willing to compromise and provide alternative development scenarios, they will not be able to mine/extract/exploit the REE without the Uranium.

This will play out in arbitration, or Greenland courts, which is going to take time. Might not have a resolution for 1-2 years IMO. Even if the result is not favorable to GoG, they still have other mechanisms in the Mineral Resources Act to stop the project.

Appreciate folks are trying to find positive, but there aren't any to be seen here.
