looking at its history ,people probably came in 2017 with a lithium report since then every body is owed a lot of money .10/1 reconstruction means that any one that came in at 1 cent will no have to sell above 10 cents to make any profit .capital raisings at .005 will need to sell above 5 cents,
the only people that may make some money are people buying now.
