desperate to prove themselves? maybe they should add a couple more "with over 100 years experience" on their website
it'll be hilarious if they hold the project up long enough for the performance shares to become void. as current mgmt just handed control to them they could do it. incentive - they may not like the dilution those performance shares will cause
