    Barring a major adverse decision by the WA EPA why wouldn't they proceed? Good margins, everything looks plausible, good backing.
    Correct me if I am wrong but they only need another $20M to complete financing for stage 1.
    I reckon you are probably looking at another CR at 70 cents give or take in 6-10 months?
