I think it's a good move. ARV would never have been able to work on all the projects so why not get almost 15% equity in Greentech. If Greentech's IPO goes well and their share value goes through the roof will attitudes change?
I do think Paterson and Carlow Castle will be where ARV make a killing.
So my opinion only - Good Move. Still have the Munni Munni deal in the wings as well.
